Your tasks:
? Interface to the customers for the Bid-win projects representing ZF system engineering for electric power steering products;
? Provide technical introduction and clarification to customer, such as product description, system architecture, safety concept and degradation strategy, and further products design;
? Master comprehensively the overall system characteristics and prepare appropriate technical proposals quickly;
? Customer requirement alignment internal and external ZF before and after project nomination;
? Customer requirement management in tools and finish work products to support product release per process;
? Cooperate with multiple design teams over the world to extend ZF’s roadmap; Analyze and track advanced technical trend home and abroad to support developing new generation products of next decades;
? Support Functional Safety/ASPICE/Customer audit and technical review;
? Support other system engineers in project management;
Your profile:
? Experience in Mechatronic/Electronic field of automotive industry; EPS/steering product is preferred.
? Experience of system engineer is preferred.
? Good automotive component / system engineering development is preferred.
? Strong ability of technology understanding, trouble shooting and problem solving.
? Basic knowledge or experience in ISO-26262, DFMEA, FTA, DFA methodology.
? Basic knowledge or experience in vehicle dynamics is preferred.
? Good inter-personal skills and willing to communicate and interpret across teams.
? Good learning attitude, self-discipline, pro-active, highly committed and able to work with tight deadline and under high pressure.
? Basic skills in oral and written English. Experiences with IBM Rational Doors, Codebeamer, PTC Integrity is preferred.
? Willing to travel (generally domestic)
