Job Title: Hardware Technical Project Leading

Your Responsibilities:

* Planning timeline for hardware design related milestones for the scope of responsibility
* Contribution to the achievement of the overall project targets
* Responsible for the correctly, timely and cost effectively planning of all required hardware design project activities.
* Supports the project manager regarding hardware issues.
* Contributes to the definition of the acquisition strategy and its implementation.
* Creates and manages hardware design time schedule and ensures.
* Defines required hardware design team (roles) and ensures participations in project core team meeting if required.
* Defines hardware design team meetings.
* Decides in the design reviews about the release of the product design.
* Communicates with the customer with respect to technical details.
* Supports successful transition from development phase to industrialization/launch.
* Proactively communicates all internal and external change requests (RfC) in project team meetings.
* Coordinates to the vehicle integration test (in alignment with customer)
* Monitoring progress (metrics over time) of hardware design work products
* Decides about acceptance of customer product requirements, lessons learned and design rules.
* Plans and coordinates the D-FMEA

Our Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic hardware design or preferably in the automotive industry.
* Knowledge of ISO15504 (A-SPICE) standards and best practices.
* Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.

Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
