Job Title: TDT | Application Test Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

* Interpret customer requirements into calibration requirements and define calibration scope based on that.
* Define calibration method, make calibration specification and develop automatic scripts.
* Implement calibration on test rig (e.g. thermal model, temperature derating, variable frequency, Fusi & high voltage safety, E-motor calibration (MTPA, MTPV, PI parameter tuning, rotor offset, filed weakening, etc.), diagnose, sensor & actuator calibrations, state management etc.)
* Find the root cause and define solutions for issues met during calibration.
* Process & release calibrated data and make calibration report.
* Responsible for test service supplier scouting, evaluation and nomination, test rig RFQ making, test rig booking etc. and test devices purchasing.
* Being interface to software supplier and responsible for software related topics (software trial run on production line, production line support, software related complaint solving etc.)

Your Qualification:

1. Education: Bachelor or above in electrical engineering, automation, motor control, automotive electronics, power electronics and power transmission or comparable qualification.
2. English proficient , German (plus)

3. ＞ 2 years’ experience in PMSM software development, calibration, software test and good understanding of calibration process & methods of PMSM or induction motor, especially on test rig.
4. Calibration for at least 1 project independently preferred.

5. Good knowledge of motor control algorithm e.g. FOC, SVPWM, weak magnetic control, damping control etc. and knowledge in function safety e.g. ISO26262 preferred.

6.  Good understanding of the working principle and key features of PMSM, inverter, OBC, DCDC, PDU.

7. Using experience of calibration tools e.g. INCA, Canape, Matlab, oscilloscope, power analyzer, multimeter etc. and high speed dyno (1E high speed), 2 dyno (2E test rig), B2B test rig, Power HIL (EME), HIL etc
8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.

9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
