工作内容
负责通用多模态大模型（包括十亿、百亿、千亿等参数量）的设计、开放和优化，包括但不限于预训练、SFT、指令微调、RLHF、Prompt工程、模型评估、模型推理等。
负责完成基于通用多模态大模型的应用产品开放（如营销海报制做、故事绘本生成、图像理解、视觉问答等），保障大模型项目落地应用，并根据用户反馈持续效果和用户体验；
紧跟业界大模型、多模态/昱言等方向的进展，探索前沿技术，探索前沿技术，形成系统算法/大模型解决方案，知道算法团队研发落地工作，推动多模态大模型效果达到行业前沿，包括智能问答，图文内容生成等。

理想的求职者
多模态理解/生成、机器学习/深度学习等计算机相关专业获得硕士学位，博士优先，发表过大模型相关研究AI定会论文优先；
对大模型和生成式AI有浓厚兴趣，对至少意向声称是模型的原理与应用具有深入了解，如GPT4V、LLaVa、MiniGPT4、Stable Diffusion、CogVLM、DALLE等；
精通CNN,RNN,Transformer，Bert，ViT等深度学习理论算法和优化；
多模态大模型训练凡是等有深入理解和实践，有多机多卡大模型训练、大模型微调、从0到1构建多模态大模型（百亿参数以上）等经验者优先；
精通一种或多种变成昱言，如Python，C昱言等，熟练整我主流深度学习框架、Python，Tensorflow等。
具备较强的团队写作能力和沟通能力，有较强的学习能力和业务分析及问题解决能力。
