Job Responsibilities:
1. Support Supply and Chain application for China & South East Asia
2. Monitor and Improve our application stability and data quality (Control Tower, DQM, ticket management)
3. Analysis of the root cause of system bugs
4. Provide solutions based on business needs / system bugs
5. Communicate and collaborate with other IT teams in China and all over the world
6. Analyse and report monthly IT performance, plan actions for improvement
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related area
2. 3 years apllication support experience
3. Good analysis and problem-solving skills and attitude
4. Proficient in SQL (Java, Python and SAP would be a plus)
5. Knowledge about ERP systems (in link with Supply or WMS is a plus)
6. Fluent in English
