Developing the whole business around the solution, sales strategy, customer strategy, go-to-market strategy, digital marketing

Responsibilities:
- Keeping knowledgeable about customer expectations, user needs and specifications
- Leading the design and refinement of business models for given solution, in line with organizational goals
- Developing and proposing viable solutions for “go-to-market” strategies and scale-up strategies
-Initiate digital marketing campaigns for given solution, utilizing teams competence for visual/digital design and/or external partners
- Leading market analysis and business risk assessment for given solution, together with Business Owner and Portfolio Lead
- Identify additional business opportunity mainly within the solution team, but also cross domain
- Probing MVP with potential customers, convening additional value-opportunities from the market place
- Preparing business data analysis, addressable market and segmentation (TAM/SAM/SOM)
- Planning and executing change iterations to address business risks and not already realized business opportunities. Bringing incremental value within and outside of sprints
- Attend daily feedback loop within the team, regular follow up with craft leader and other stakeholders acc. to need (identify gaps and escalate when needed)
- Innovative and systematic approach to problem solving - a “Design Thinking” approach
- Put the Company’s interests first in the daily work
- Follow Safety First, Code of Conduct, Respect in the Workplace, Q5. Speak up when needed.
- Support a creative, innovative and positive atmosphere and improvement culture where people dare to fail and learn
