岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源/公共事业管理/英语/ 计算机 等相关专业。
2 .熟练使用Office办公软件，outlook收发邮件，Excel表格处理。
3 .具有良好的沟通和组织协调能力，能够积极融入团队。
4. 能够承受一定工作压力，较强的学习能力和适应能力。
5 .良好的执行能力，做事踏实严谨认真。
6 .能够保证每周至少3天全天工作。
7. 大学英语6级。
岗位职责：
1.协助招聘工作，包括简历筛选、电话面试，安排面试时间，招聘数据统计，梳理招聘流程，完善SOP及话术。
2.协助组织员工活动，包括活动主题创意，海报设计、数据统计。
3.协助维护员工信息，对入职、转正、续签,离职等信息进行有效管理。
4.积极完成领导交办的其他任务。
加分项：
1.有HR实习经验者优先。
2.熟悉劳动法规和人力资源管理体系。
3.Excel熟练。擅长撰写公众号文章及海报设计。
