Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete tasks assigned by superiors and handle other tasks arranged by the company as needed.

2. Assist in classifying documents related to customers; Assist in collecting and maintaining project-related data, and conduct summarization and analysis.

3. Manage commercial files, contracts, and build archives.

4. Enter data based on project department information, update information promptly, and perform data verification and organization tasks.

5. Ensure effective communication across departments in the front office (BD, CSM, logistics, FREP, FTEC, Quality, etc.).

6. Provide Chinese translation for various documents as per customer requirements.

7. Ensure the proper fulfillment of SHE commitments to customers and maintain customer satisfaction.

8. Establish good communication with customers and patiently address their requirements.

9. Ensure objectives are followed up, justify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.

10. Participate in regular meetings to follow up on main issues and project progress.

11. Provide backup support to team members whenever needed.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

1. University undergraduate or postgraduate degree (preferably in international commerce, sales, marketing, or aviation).

2. Strong English proficiency in both verbal and written communication; knowledge of French is a plus.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

4. Strong logical thinking, quick learner, familiarity with SAP system is preferred.

5. Numerically sensitive and committed to delivering accurate data.

6. Strong sense of service, excellent communication, and coordination skills.

7. Capable of working under pressure, possesses a sense of team spirit, and can passionately assist others.
