工作描述：
1. 仪表板系统(IP & CNSL)设计方案构想、方案策划，断面以及技术可行性输入等前期设计工作；
2. 仪表板系统(IP & CNSL)的技术输出，造型可行性检查及建议断面，三维数据、图纸设计等质量和进度把控，历史问题规避；
3. 熟悉仪表板系统(IP & CNSL)常用材料，工艺以及设计要求；
4. 掌握一定的项目管理，对项目的文件的分类，整理，以及执行情况进行检查并督促团队成员按要求完成。
5. 能够配合BM进行技术文件的审核，编写，以及与客户相关技术部门的前期沟通交流。
6. 能够进行一定的技术设计指导书的编写，培训文件的编写以及定期给团队成员进行培训；
7. 根据项目和开发流程要求，辅助进行相关技术文件的创建和维护，如DFMEA、 BOM、BTV, OPL, DVP、ESOW、lessons learned等；内部团队的协调沟通，任务分配，指导以及检查和验收，以及与外部客户的交流沟通；
8. 与周边部门协同工作，如总布置、电器、安全等；
9. 了解仪表板系统(IP & CNSL)产品试制、试验及试生产，了解在这些过程中常出现的问题；
