工作职责
Student service & Relationship
-Maintaining Student files, database and record form of student information
-Updating and maintaining Canvas platform
-Documenting receipt and return of assignments from students
-Documenting receipt and return of assignments from markers
-Recording Student attendance
-Preparing and posting Wechat notices
Facilitating Program Cycle
-Prepare Handouts for class
-Providing of stationary resources required for class use
-Preparing classroom for lectures(digital projector, interpretation system; attendance sheet)
-Updating program materials
-Translation of class materials as requested
Administration
-Answering calls and handling queries then communicating information to Program Director.
-Recording of Interpretation equipment usage
-Provide assistance in prepare documents and reports
-Maintaining inventory and Library resources
Planning/Development
-Organizing resources for meetings/workshop
-Development of media presence and resources

任职资格
-Undergraduate students in their third year or first-year master's students, with majors in marketing, English, or education-related fields, are preferred.-Strong interpretation and translation skills
-Flexibility to be able to work on different projects simultaneously
-Strong organization skills and attention to detail
-Possess excellent customer service skills
-Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Demonstrate a high level of administrative and computer skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Must be bilingual in Chinese/English
