Job Title: TDT| Coordination
Division/Department: Technical Development

Location: Tianjin

Your Responsibilities:

* Responsible for coordination and preparation of meetings, workshops and needed meeting materials within the Technical Development Testing Department (TDT).
* Responsible for information sharing and communication internally and externally.
* Moderation of department meeting.
* Support orientation training for new employees and events organization.
* Responsible for administration arrangement for the TDT department head.
* Responsible for administration arrangement for TDT department.
* Responsible for the organization of visits from VW Group: preparing Agenda, travel arrangements, presentation of the department.
* Supporting in tasks for budget steering and department development.

Our Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, English or German studies or related field.
* Very good team player, good in networking.
* Very good communication ability and being able to convince and encourage people.
* Very high motivation and flexible for challenging tasks.
* Chinese and English (fluent), German is a plus.
* Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulations.
* Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
