职位描述
1. Manage compound libraries using the Hamilton system and Mosaic software, ensuring accurate and timely sample tracking, storage, and retrieval.
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the Hamilton system and Mosaic software to ensure optimal performance.
3. Oversee sample fulfillment requests, including ordering, receiving, processing, and shipping compounds to internal and external clients.
4. Conduct cherry-picking operations to select specific compounds from large libraries based on defined criteria.
5. Maintain accurate records of all compound transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in compound management processes.
7. Provide training and support to new users on the use of the Hamilton system and Mosaic software.
8. Participate in regular meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

任职要求
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in compound management, with proven proficiency in using Hamilton systems and Mosaic software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and best practices.
