职责描述:
1. Based on business use cases and technical strategy, analysis, design, develop, test, and maintain in data platforms. Collaborate with the data platform team members to understand the business, the technical needs, and standards, development / deploy standard and flow, build data platforms accordingly. Participate in data platform duty / maintenance.
2. Developing data pipelines between the data sources and the data platforms with the ETL technologies. Ensure the performance of the ETL jobs to match the requirements. Regularly update and make accessible the documentation of the jobs you develop.
3. Guarantee the quality of the data provided through the data platforms. Monitor the data quality according to the requirements and standard. And continuously guarantee the data quality.
4. Ensure to follow the guidelines of the Security team to ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations.
5. Communicate / facilitate / work with the related cross functional team to deliver the business use cases as expected.

任职要求:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems or other related fields, at least 3 years of working experience as a Data Engineer.
2. 2-6 years Big Data technical stack experiences in Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Hive, Dataworks, Maxcompute, etc.
3. 2-6 years experience in Talend, Kettle, PostgreSQL, Mysql, etc.
4. Experience with data modeling experience, including CDM, LDM, PDM, retail industry is a plus.
5. Experience with performance tuning experience in big data platforms.
6. Experience with cloud platforms (Aliyun. Azure, GCP), particularly Alibaba Cloud.
7. Strong team player, highly collaborative and able to work in a large team of global structure with different cultural backgrounds.
8. Good communication skills, fluent verbal and written in English, and an ability to interact professionally with an array of business users.
9. Passion for sports and willing to enjoy the fun of sports with teammates.
