RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with calibration management affair, maintain the equipment and other accessory.

- Assure sterilization test equipment is within required calibration dates. Working with Service Provider to send out and calibrate instruments when required. Assuring calibration results meet acceptance criteria.

- Communicate and collaborate with team members on updating and posting schedules for varies of quality activities.

- Place and manage material purchasing and lab testing order, update and track material inventory.

- Manage quality documents and agreements to ensure they are up to date. Translating technical related documents to and from Mandarin and English.

- Review sterilization process records for critical products and assure all requirement are met before authorizing the products to ship.

- Supervise and train manufacturer for performance of technical studies and procedures.

- Issue deviation reports, close and track deviation/non-conformance for each supplier relating release issues.

- Collect, track and analyze release data, issue trend report.

- Other work assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualification

- Education level: Bachelor’s degree in science

- Working experience: 1-3 years’ work experience in manufacturing or quality area related Job. New graduates are acceptable.

- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication, problem solving and follow up skills.

- Professional attitude with a heightened sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Proficiency of PC skills: MS Office Software
