Job Summary:
LVMH Fashion Group China is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Specialist to join our growing IT team in China. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity posture, ensuring the protection of our valuable digital assets, and safeguarding our brand reputation. This position requires an individual with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment, and a proven track record in implementing and managing cybersecurity tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Workshop Participation and Tool Implementation: Actively participate in and contribute to workshops focused on the implementation of cybersecurity tools at the maison (brand) level. This includes managing the technical stack for products such as DLP, Wallix, Azure password protection, and other cybersecurity solutions.
* Compliance and Reporting: Export compliance KPIs from various cybersecurity tools (e.g., wiz, Tanium, S1, WS1, etc.) and report these metrics to the central CISO team. Ensure accurate and timely
reporting of cybersecurity performance indicators.
* Remediation Coordination: Collaborate with local CISOs to review remediation plans and work closely with IT teams to execute these plans. Validate the technical aspects of remediation efforts and ensure that all actions are effectively implemented.
* Incident Response: Participate in local cyber incident response efforts, coordinating with secops and IT teams to identify and resolve security breaches. Contribute to the development of
incident response protocols and ensure that fixes are found and applied in a timely manner.
* Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and revision of local Fashion group policies related to cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Training and Awareness: Lead and animate IT cybersecurity training sessions for all headquarter staff and China Stores personnel, promoting a culture of security awareness and best practices
within the organization.
* Cloud Infrastructure Compliance: Ensure technical compliance with the cloud policy of Aliyun infrastructures, monitoring and managing the security configurations and access controls to maintain a
secure cloud environment.
* Vulnerability Management: To enforce global vulnerability management strategy, analyze vulnerability advisories published & drive the remediation with stake holders.
* Security Project Delivery: To facilitate and support for security projects delivery in Greater China region.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Security, or a related field.
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity,with a preference for candidates with experience in a SOC environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in cybersecurity tools and technologies, including but not limited to DLP,SIEM, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
* Communication Skills: Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international teams and stakeholders.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and coordination abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across departments and with team members at all levels of the organization.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM,or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
