Responsibilities

• - Plan and carry out audits and potential analyses at suppliers and coordinate with the necessary specialist departments
• - Independently take over the development and approval of suppliers in accordance with VDA 6.3 for series supply to the IFA Group, including documentation
• - Coordinate and track action plans with suppliers as well as carry out and ensure success control
• - Develop suppliers using the IATF and VDA 6.3 standard and in accordance with the requirements of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG)
• - Evaluate the legal and customer-specific requirements for the Group's suppliers and monitor their implementation and compliance
• - Carry out advance quality planning with suppliers as part of the APQP
• - Carry out the production process and product release of purchased parts in accordance with VDA Volume 2

Professional skills / required expertise
• - Completed at least 3 years of study with a technical focus or completed technician/master crafts man training
• - Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector
• - Training as an auditor (IATF16949, VDA6.3) with at least 3 years of professional experience
• - Business fluent in English
• - Knowledge of logistics procedures and procurement processes as well as project management
• - Ideally knowledge in the material fields of tubes, forgings and elastomers and in industrial manu-facturing processes (e.g. hardening, joining, machining, forming)
• - Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• - Experience in the fields of advance quality planning (APQP)
• and PPAP (VDA Volume 2 )
