Your main responsibilities are


Responsible for the successful coordination relating to 2-Stroke field service jobs.
Close cooperating with Resource Managers assigning engineers to jobs.
Acting as key contact person for the customer during the work order, interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
Liaising with customers to coordinate detailed schedules, parts, tools, authorizations and permits, and to formalize service bookings.
Taking responsibility for briefing and debriefing of the engineers before and after the jobs.
Raising Technical Request when applicable;
Implement service follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback, maintaining service KPI's.
Continuously stay up to date with company policies and guidelines.

Technical background in Marine Engineering, preferably field service experience in 2-Stroke engines.
Customer interest focused, commitment to deliver qualified services to customers' expectation; 4. Proven team work skill, and ability to reschedule/replanning in constantly dynamic situation.
Good cost awareness.
Good communication skill, fluent in both Mandarin and English.
College degree or above.
