Responsibilities：
• Assist in planning event schedules and executive marketing events needed by region
• Marketing Warehouse Maintenance and data updates
• Events results data inputs and reports on-time delivery
• Work with graphic design and social media team for omni-promotional needs
• Smooth communication with vendors and media for high-efficiency cooperation
• Local Business Travel as needed to fulfill responsibilities
Qualifications：
• High responsibility and energy, willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the success of an event
• Defines timeline and processes by daily management and action plans
• Collaboration and good skills of communication with sales, clients and vendors
• Creates and owns messaging and positioning documents that drive branding content deliverables
• Responsible for operations for each of the various events
• Responsible for preparing Creative Briefs and Executive Briefs that communicate event and social projects and business benefits to internal and external stakeholders
