• Possess both a business mindset and a technology mindset

• Have a wide market knowledge about the solutions employed by Chinese OEM with regards to the use of vehicle data to drive business and the associated technologies
• Able to perform desk research for benchmark information
• Familiar with data privacy regulations in Europe and in China
• Familiar with AI technologies such as neural network
• Familiar with federated learning
• Understand how to articulate emerging technologies around data to derive business value
• International experience
• Strong communication skills and convincing skills: a growth and sales mindset
• Project management experience of a small team of multiple discipline including SW, AI, market research
