We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Xuhui District, Shanghai.
 
Your tasks:
 
•Drive implementation of automation use cases. Analysis (incl. Go&See), consulting, support and implementation of Smart Automation (e.g. AGV, Cobots, Vision Systems etc.);
•Technology Integration: Merging of Cobot, AGV and Vision solutions by development of secure signal exchange for safe and robust systems;
•Cross functional development, planning and conduction of feasibility studies for SA applications;
•Use cases roadmap management (including definition with key stakeholders, execution tracking, status reporting);
•Opportunity scouting with plants, conduct technical analysis including feasibility study, define and drive cobots / smart automation implementation;
•Define technology benchmarks, suppliers, tools, simulation. Leading, planning and conduction of interdisciplinary projects;
•Standardization and replication. Driving standardization by choosing the preferred suppliers and external integrators by conducting benchmarks for Smart Automation Solutions;
•Deliver expertise and support employees in regards of Smart Automation solutions; Creating and conduction qualification program enable employees and distribute knowhow in all plants.
 
 
Your profile：
 
•+3 years Automation Experience incl. economical abilities with focus on Cobots, AGVs and Vision Systems;
•+3 years experience working in matrix approach with strong customer focus in dynamic environment;
•Planning, safety, quality and software capabilities;
•Travel willingness and intercultural competence
•General skills on lean approaches and qualification tasks
