汽车电子电器诊断工程师
任务岗位目标
-在项目研发阶段为汽车合资工厂和测试场提供EE技术支持，作为确保项目产业化和产品上线(SOP)的重要角色。
-为售后部门提供电气设备技术支持，处理电气设备缺陷。
主要职责岗位职责
＞工厂EE流程调试(下载配置，诊断，测试台…)
电气设备现代化和车辆调试
具有高反应能力和专业知识的车辆电子电气缺陷分析和问题解决
跟踪并定期向项目负责人和层级领导报告缺陷处理的状态和结果
与公司EE设计团队共同提出缺陷纠正方案
＞检查并验证解决方案的有效性
总结技术经验教训，定期与同事分享，并向上级领导汇报。
该职位在中国工作，需要在中国和东盟其他国家汽车研发团队有国际会议和邮件交流。培养方向为电子电器主管或者电子电器项目管理

资格:任职要求

2-5年专业技能熟悉汽车EE架构，EE组件和EE功能
熟悉测试工具:示波器，数据记录仪，CANAlyzer，诊断工具，校准工具(INCA)
在主要oem或一级供应商有解决故障的经验
良好的技术和非技术话题的沟通能力
英语流利
良好的严谨意识，安全和5S意识


Electrical and electronic diagnostic engineer
Task post objective
- Provide EE technical support to joint venture plants and test sites during the project R&D phase, as an important role in ensuring project industrialization and product launch (SOP).
- Provide electrical equipment technical support to after-sales department and deal with electrical equipment defects.
Main responsibilities Job responsibilities
＞ Factory EE process debugging (download configuration, diagnostics, test bench...)
Electrical equipment modernization and vehicle commissioning
High responsiveness and expertise in vehicle electrical and electronic defect analysis and problem solving
Track and regularly report the status and results of defect resolution to project leaders and level leaders
Work with EE design team to propose defect correction plan
＞ Check and verify the effectiveness of the solution
Summarize technical experience and lessons, share with colleagues regularly, and report to superiors.
The position is based in China and requires international meetings and email exchanges between China and other ASEAN countries.

Qualifications: Job requirements

Professional skills Familiar with automotive EE architecture, EE components and EE functions
Familiar with test tools: oscilloscope, data logger, CANAlyzer, Diagnostic tool, Calibration Tool (INCA)
Experience in troubleshooting at major oem or Tier 1 supplier
Good communication skills on both technical and non-technical topics
Fluent in English
Good sense of rigor, safety and 5S awareness
