KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1. Provide legal support for daily operation of factory.
2. Provide legal support for various functions of their procurement activities.
3. Maintain and monitor legal system and data center.
4. Manage Greater China legal entities information and update.
5. Conduct routine legal research with readily available data.
6. Handle payments, translation, and other administrative work.
7. Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. At least 3 years' experience in either law firm or medical device/life sciences industry.
2. Degree in Law and PRC bar.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Learning curiosity and agility, self-motivated, efficient and pro-active.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Working conditions & environment(工作状况和条件):

1. Business travel required. ＜25%; office based.
