Duration:
 6 months, at least 4 working days per week, arrival as soon as possible

Basic Qualifications:
 Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
 Experience in SQL language, any knowledge related to Python, or R will be a plus.
 Advanced Excel and PPT capabilities. Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI.
 Strong logical thinking, good communication skills, ability to multi-tasking, can-do attitude.
 Written and oral fluency in Mandarin and English.
 Internship experience in FMCG, Consulting, Tech or equivalent industry will be a plus.

Job Description:
Key Responsibility 1 – BI Platform Operation & Optimization (40%):
 Monitor daily dashboard data, and handle occasional data issues.
 Resolve data questions and issues raised by different business teams.
 Create dashboards raised by the business, including but not limited to data cleaning, data processing, data visualization, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
 Complete required analysis and BI dashboard implementation, ensure timely response and resolve data issues.
 Coordinate with local teams and vendors for the optimization of BI platform.

Key Responsibility 2 – Data Analytics Projects (40%):
 Assist in data analytics projects to support business decisions, including data collection, data cleaning, feature engineering, analysis, and conclusion delivery.

Key Responsibility 3 – User Training (10%):
 Assist in BI platform user training program.

Key Responsibility 4 – Daily Work Supports (10%):
 Support on new initiative projects, including content preparation and communication, etc.
