Mission/Purpose of the Job 
Contact with VSS China SHE Specialist, make Regional SHE objectives and management plan according to VSS China OGSM, promote regional SHE operational excellence, and to carry out regular inspection/support to the safety work of each site.
Main Responsibilities 
1.     根据中国区VSS SHE OGSM制定与本区域相适应的SHE 目标及管理方案；
Make SHE target and management plan suitable for this region according to VSS China SHE Specialist.
2.     定期对区域内各现场进行检查/支持（如：风险评估、隐患排查、6S、PPE管理、Sub-fab区域，办公室，宿舍等），确保无违规行为，如有立刻指出并整改，并参与公司及VSS团队SHE的相关审核；
Regularly inspect /support each site in the region (E.g.: Risk Assessment, hidden trouble investigation, 6S, PPE management, Sub-FAB, office, dormitory, etc.) to make sure that there are no violations, or point out and rectify any violations immediately, and participate in the company and VSS team and SHE relevant audit ;
3.     承包商管理&培训，监督各现场高风险作业，管理监督lead safe，确保所有的FSE & FST能够准时准量完成；
Be responsible for contractor management & training, Manage and supervise high risk operations on site and lead safe, ensure all FSE&FST are completed on time;
4.     参与事故调查&事故报告编写&事故分享对做出的整改事项追踪监督，包含现场工艺的安全操作步骤完善，以及新进危险工艺的操作学习，普及并优化现有安全/6S流程，SDS的季度review，将半导体常见的化学品普及，保证大家掌握常见的化学品消防和紧急处理知识;
Participated in accident investigation & accident report compilation & accident sharing,tracked and supervised the rectification matters, including the improvement of the safety operation steps of process in fab. And learning operation for new dangerous process. Popularizing and optimizing the field safety /6S process. Popularize chemicals commonly in semiconductors process to ensure colleagues have a good command of Fire and emergency knowledge, and review to MSDS quarterly.
1.     各现场职业健康项目管理&统计；
On-site occupational health project management & statistics
2.     安排并参与各现场应急准备&演练，以及应急演练报告；
Arrange and participate in emergency preparation & drill for each on-site, and make emergency drill report.
3.     完成项目安全回顾（涉及到新项目时）；
Complete safety reviews of project in new projects.
4.     与客户的SHE定期开会，将涉及到现场SHE相关问题进行反馈，并且将SHE新增规定进行宣导，确保所有人员了解，与客户安全部门的沟通，及时汇报以及优化团队的安全问题 ，将公司SHE需要传达的信息告知所有人员并关注进度，对fab内所有使用设备确保得到客户认可；
Have schedule meeting with the SHE department of the customers and feedback related problems of the onsite. After the meeting, you need to highlight the new rules to your colleagues aimed to make sure everyone is clear with it. Keep communicating with the safety department of the customers and if our team has any safety risk, you need to provide a solution to solve it. You need to transfer the info of the SHE department to every colleagues and keep monitoring the progress. All equip used in the fab we need to get the customers’ permission aimed to obey customers equip safety rules.
5.     组织每周的安全会议，以及年度或季度安全活动，新入职人员的安全培训以及安全事件宣导，并且带领人员熟悉现场的逃生通道，安全设施的具体位置，使用方法，紧急逃生的注意事项，进行签字留档，FST safety qualify 试卷的管理，关于RCE资料的学习与监督，定期对Service team进行SAP培训，保证全员理解并遵守。
Organize weekly safety meetings, and activities quarterly or yearly. when new colleagues join in our team, you should train and promote safety and safety incident, and make them know escape way and considerations in fab, and let them know location and usage of safety facilities. The new colleagues must sign their name after completion of training. For FST, you should supervise and urge them to learn about RCE, and manage their test papers about safety qualify. Conduct SAP training for Service team regularly to ensure that all members understand and comply with it.

Safety production management (required). Hazardous Chemicals Management/Certified Safety Engineer (not required)

English level 4 or above, able to travel (40~50%),Strong sense of responsibility.
