YOUR ROLE
You will play a key role as a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Officer for our food and wellness brands. Regulatory Affairs Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the production, labelling, and marketing of food and supplement products. You will work closely with Global Regulatory Affairs Manager and cross-functional teams to support product development, registration, and maintenance activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulatory affairs within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including ingredient listings, product registrations, and notifications to regulatory authorities.
• Maintain regulatory databases and documentation systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for regulatory filing and submissions.
• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and guidelines applicable to food and dietary supplements.
• Support product labeling activities by reviewing label artwork and ensuring compliance with labeling regulations.
• Assist in the review of product formulations and labeling to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in reviewing raw material, packaging and finished product specifications based on the requirements of the target markets.
• Monitor regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to the regulatory affairs team.
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and requests for information from regulatory authorities.
• Support regulatory compliance audits and inspections by preparing documentation and facilitating interactions with auditors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline regulatory processes and enhance efficiency.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING
• A science-related degree (Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Veterinary)
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and understanding of regulations, scientific and technical information and requirements into business language
• Problem Solving Skills & Strategic focus: can identify emerging issues and coordinate with business leaders.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Regulatory and/or Quality or related filed
• Experience in regulatory requirements governing food and supplement industry (FDA, TGA, Medsafe, Health Canada, EFSA, etc)
• Experience in food safety certifications and procedures: BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO9001
• Experience in Food Import and Export requirements and procedures.
