Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment law matters, including but not limited to hiring, promotions, terminations, employee relations, and labor disputes.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating employment policies, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Represent the organization in labor-related disputes and litigation, including negotiating with unions, handling grievances, and appearing before administrative agencies or courts.
Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on labor law developments and advise the organization on how to adapt policies and practices accordingly.
Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to develop training programs and materials to enhance employees' awareness of labor laws and regulations.
Review and analyze employment-related data and statistics to identify potential risks and advise on preventative measures.
Participate in internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
