职责：
市场拓展及品牌发展：
1.根据公司战略要求，制定和分配市场、品牌拓展的业务目标并督导实施、达成；
2.负责客户及合作伙伴的商务线索的搜寻，掌握市场动向、竞品变化、行业动态，发
掘合作机会进行商务合作落地，完成客户引流；
3.负责客户和合作伙伴关系维护，实时维护客户及合作伙伴关系管理体系，制定推进计划并有效执行，合作共赢；
4.负责公司的商务推广，通过各类会务、活动等线上、线下平台对公司进行现场宣讲、推介；
5.整合内外部资源实现与核心客户的深度合作，行成平台，并推动业务创新；
6.负责公司的品牌影响力的打造，围绕公司战略计划，进行形象宣传、VI 输出、品牌推广、媒体运营，做好危机公关的组织及落实。
客户销售及转化：
1.根据公司战略要求制定及分配销售业务目标及转化目标并实施、达成；
2.建立客户管理的流程、制度与话术，精确客户画像，做好客户的分级、激活与追踪、裂变，完成经营数据的分析与汇报；
3.负责销售体系的搭建，包括不限于团队建立，培训体系，绩效考评体系的搭建与实施，确保团队的不断优化与升级。
4.以客户视角及市场需求出发，给予产品及服务提升建议及支持，带领团队协同诊疗中心进行客户的二次开发与续费。
大客户开发及运营：
1.负责制定大客户开发及运营战略，组织实施大客户开发及维护计划，完成经营目标。
2.参与大客户市场调研和需求分析进行服务权益的匹配及方案的制定，负责合作项目管理，包括项目筹备、谈判、协议签署、后期维系与定期回款。
3.做好大客户在管理过程中的一系列咨询服务及资源链接等，确保客户满意度。
4.定期撰写大客户项目报告，为公司发展战略，项目决策提供有效建议。
组织协调及管理：
1.根据公司战略，负责团队的建设、管理与发展，打造积极高效的团队文化；
2.负责团队的培训与评估，做好绩效管理，带领团队达成绩效目标；
3.根据公司的业务发展，从战略层面组织与配合公司内外部团队的工作，提升公司整体效能。
4.公司发展过程中上级交予的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1. 第一学历统招本科及以上学历；
2. 15 年以上客户商务拓展，市场营销，高端客户销售及服务工作经验，实现过从商务线索获取，商机转化，销售成单及售后服务的全流程管理，带领过团队实现从 0-1；
3. 具有丰富的医疗，医药，银行，金融奢侈品等行业商务资源，具备大中品牌客户的合作资源并成功实现转化，有高端医疗、医美、抗衰老机构营销负责人经验优先；
4. 具备优秀的分析与决策能力、协调沟通能力及敏锐的商业洞察力；
5. 具有优秀的资源开发整合，项目管理，商业演讲，商业分析和解决问题的能力；
6. 优秀的自我管理、自我驱动力，性格开朗、三观端正，超强的人际交流和处事能力，有良好的团队合作意识、敬业以及创新创业精神，愿意面对挑战。
