岗位职责：
1． 协调样品订单的跟踪处理：确保供应商收到订单并确认交期，
2． 发票的整理与校对，并提交给PM安排付款；
3． 供应商的信息整理与校对；
4． 合同信息的整理和归档；
5． 协调处理偶发性事件，完成临时交付的任务。
岗位要求：
1. 本科或硕士在读，机械设计/自动化/电子工程等相关专业优先；
2. 能够熟练运用EXCEL、WORD、PPT等办公软件；
3. 具备良好的问题分析与解决的能力，较强的沟通协调能力及执行力；
4. 工作严谨、细致、态度端正、责任心强。
