职责：
商务拓展及维护：
1.负责客户及合作伙伴的拓展，并根据现有资源开发新的客户或合作伙伴关系网；
2.负责客户及合作伙伴关系维护，完成客户档案建立，做好客户的分级、激活与追踪、裂变；
3.负责获取和追踪潜在客户，充分了解客户需求，结合医生提供专业的咨询解答，生成商机 ；
4.负责商务活动组织、接待、配合完成商务合作的谈判及落地；
5.参与公司的市场营销活动，进行获客和引流；
产品销售：
1.根据公司战略及经营目标，达成销售指标；
2.精准客户画像，配合医生促成商机转化；
3.负责接待客户到院，陪同讲解，推进签约；
4.定期回访客户，了解客户诊疗效果和服务需求，维护良好的客情关系，配合医生完成客户的续约和升级;
5.遵守销售相关的流程与制度，完成销售数据的记录、分析与汇报；
要求：
1.5年以上销售经验，2年以上面向高净值客户的销售工作经验；
2.客户导向，能够洞察和把握客户的需求，对商机有敏锐的洞察，精准客户画像；顾问式销售，能够与客户建立信任，提供匹配客户需求的服务和产品；
3.客户开发及客户追踪，渠道开拓能力，积极维护客情关系，保持客户粘性；对客户和渠道进行分级管理，实现高效的激活和转化；
4.结果导向，有韧劲，在艰难的情况下仍然能够坚持不懈达成目标，极强的责任心与执行力；
5.对销售工作有深刻理解与认识，热爱且认可医疗销售的工作价值，具备较强的抗压能力及创业精神；
6.形象气质较佳，亲和力强、机敏灵活、普通话标准；
