Primary Responsibilities:
* Incoming quality scheme, dynamic inspection rule adjustment to ensure effective quality gate;
* Monitor inspectors KPI and show output with reliable data;
* Improve incoming inspection accuracy, advancement and efficiency by digitalization, modern tool, competence and flow;
* Non-conformity handling in time both physically and in SAP system;
* Cross function collaboration;
* Participate quality improvement transform project;
* Other regular management work.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above
* Majored in Engineering
* Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Skilled in English writing & reading.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP.
* Teamwork player and good communication skills. Independent thinking & Self-motivation. Willing to change
* ＞ 3+ years of experience of quality/process engineer in relevant industry;
* Measuring skill , familiar with most equipment and tools, CMM program ability is prefered;
* Experience of inspectors management is preferred;
* Quality knowledge;
* SAP QM experience is preferred
