Essential
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for product design and technical specifications of Medium Voltage Switchgear.
* Be the "Owner" of product design studies, including detailed task schedule, detailed design, risk analysis and prevention actions, ensure the manufacturability and design robustness by anticipating potential product assembly issues and test
* Work with quality and other stakeholders to provide quick, robust solution for quality issues
*Provide solution from marketing requirement with high quality, competitive cost within time
* Work with cross function teams like project management, sourcing, manufacturing, quality to ensure all technical issues be tracked and controlled
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor's or above degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 5 years mechanical product design experience.
* Experience in Medium voltage
* Skilled in using Creo 2, PDM software
* Rich experience working with cross-functional team
* Motivation and engagement by self
* Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
* Demonstrated ability in problem solving
* Fluent in written English,oral is preferred
