- Creating digital models by developing aesthetic surfaces for models across a wide range of programs throughout the global vehicle development process as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for performing assessments of digital and physical surface quality and supporting studio personnel in the development of solutions to engineering and design challenges.
- Works closely with representatives from engineering and creative design to deliver surface releases that meet all critical design, engineering and release criteria and contributes to the - problem solving process.
- Supports leadership by coaching and mentoring junior sculpting resources and participate in a lead capacity on projects and initiatives.
Additionally, with GSS experiencing rapid growth and closer integration with global business operations, the demand for efficiency improvements has significantly increased. Therefore, we require a technical lead to enhance the overall technical proficiency of the team and to work with relevant global specialist teams, particularly in the area of computation design.

Leads and creates digital models by developing aesthetic surfaces which meet challenging time and quality requirements as directed by Sculpting Leadership for assigned programs throughout the GVDP.
Work in a group situation and in a lead capacity, collaborating with Design and Engineering stakeholders and supportive studio personnel.
Follow established modeling best practices and procedures while contributing to the execution of property plans. Interpret and translate design input into 3D models and have insight into current and future product technology.
Serves as a coach and mentor to more junior resources and at times leads various projects and initiatives.
