工作内容：
负责汽车保险杠的工艺过程优化和调整，以确保产品质量和生产效率。主要职责包括：
- 研究并应用工艺过程改进技术，提高生产效率和产品质量；
- 对现有工艺流程进行分析和优化，提高生产效率和产品质量；
- 根据项目需求，负责新工艺开发和流程制定；
- 负责生产过程监督和管理，确保按照既定工艺流程执行；
- 参与项目需求评审，提供工艺技术支持；
- 协助上级领导进行工艺过程风险评估和应对。
职位要求：
- 3年以上汽车保险杠制造工艺工作经验，有保险杠供应商或工艺改进项目实施经验；
- 熟悉保险杠制造工艺流程，了解车身结构、材料学等知识；
- 熟练掌握各种工艺数据采集和分析工具，如RGP、MPM等；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够融入生产过程；
- 具备一定的技术创新能力，善于分析问题解决问题。
