职责描述:
Responsibilites:
• Accountable to manage the customer relationship and all aspects of procurement related
customer service for the appointed Area by understanding customer/Area requirements
including their business goals, targets, initiatives, directions and supplier performance
requirements for the end markets within the Area by shaping demand and compliance where
appropriate.
• Deliver end market contracts in conjunction with Legal and to ensure all contracts are agreed
with the relevant business owner and delivering the savings targets and Procurement KPIs
agreed with Area Finance Director and Area Operations Director. Also ensuring successful
implementation of the above market projects within the Area by being responsible for
implementing global and geographic category strategies and sourcing plans at Area/end
market level.
• Collate all relevant end market business unit’s procurement requirements, providing the
necessary information to ensure robust planning, budget and target setting within all entities
in the Area.
• Lead a professional and high performing sourcing team within the Area, enabling appropriate
training and development and managing resource plans for entities to ensure the skills and
knowledge to deliver the business goals. This includes also maintain strong relationships with
all the business functions in the Area.
• Challenge demand and requirements and manage customer expectations to ensure
compliance and drive continuous improvement. Also ensure the business units within the Area
are compliant with procurement policy and actively manage any compliance issue by ensuring
a consistent approach using the agreed global policies, standards and platforms in all day to
day tasks thereby mitigating Nabati exposure to service delivery and commercial risk through
ensuring the delivery of robust end-markets contracts (commercial elements) and the
management of the business relationship by also identifying the correct route for the
resolution of contractual performance issues and manages their resolution.
• Communicate appropriate supply chain and procurement messages regarding strategies,
process and policies to customers, to ensure compliance and engender a common
understanding of each other’s goals and targets. Also ensuring that stakeholders are aware of
the full service offering from Procurement and ensure best use of resources within the Area’s
procurement organization and to maximize service delivery.
• Determine the scope, scale and impact of any new products or services required by the
customer. To communicate these requirements to the relevant Category Manager and
Global/Reg Sourcing Mgr where appropriate or to amend end market strategies and contracts
as required to meet the customer needs also communicate to the customer any new and
innovative developments highlighted through Procurement stakeholders and relay any
feedback on the use or development of these new products or services back to procurement
for further action.
任职要求:
Requirement:
• Minimum 10 years' experience within a global procurement role, sourcing and purchasing.
• Management of complex global and area projects and programmes to improve performance
and deliver service.
• Proven capability of applying supplier management techniques to deliver added value benefits
in addition to contracted benefits
• Understanding of financial evaluation and interpretation of supplier’s records and their key
cost and business drivers.
• Understanding of total cost models, cost drivers and other factors needed to ensure a robust
agreement for Nabati (including specification and testing requirements).
• Agility to obtain knowledge of supply market, supplier capabilities and competitor activity, and
expected trends at a geographic / global level
• Understanding of the processes, timelines and constraints for the development and delivery
of new products.
• Experience in managing complex, high-risk projects and programmes to improve performance
and deliver service
• Transformational mindset required to drive change in engagement model and become flagship
PBM role.
