This position is responsible for planning and implementing sales activities to achieve MHS Department’s business plan.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop business with existing customers through professional sales activities, such as (not limited); (30%)
a. Respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry;
b. Meet customer and introduce company’s services;
c. Prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;
d. Prepare and confirm contract with customer;
e. Serve the assigned customers and keep good cooperation with them
2. Ensure to provide the exact sales support data;(20%)
3. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress;(20%)
4. Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and reach assigned target;(10%)
5. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;(10%)
6. Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities;(5%)
7. Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager / Department Manager;(5%)
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 1 year assistant sales /marketing experience;
3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
8. Good computer skill;
9. Good command of English;
10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
