职位内容

•作为高级业务分析师，候选人将在项目经理的带领下完成分配的业务分析和项目协调任务。

与利益相关者合作，了解客户的业务需求和技术策略

•根据行业实践提供KPI设计，故事讲述，报告布局设计建议，并对现有BI工具(如PowerBI, Qliksense等)进行高水平评估

•负责敏捷项目管理，需求管理，变更，确认和需求进度控制。参与项目中问题的分析、定位和处理，推动需求的有效实施，根据客户的项目交付流程管理/支持客户的项目。

职位要求

本科及以上学历
•5年以上乙方医药行业BI项目业务分析实践经验。
•精通需求管理，包括项目交付周期中的需求沟通和分析，变更请求管理和签署
精通KPI设计、故事讲述、行业实践报告布局设计，并对现有BI工具(如PowerBI, Qliksense等)进行高水平评估
•有上线前的测试和验收经验。提供测试用例，用户手册和培训。
•SIT和UAT的测试用例和数据沿袭。
•结构化需求文档的能力。
•至少熟悉一种商业智能工具(如powerBI, qlikview, qliksense, tableau)
•熟悉SQL语言，excel。有bi开发经验者优先，理解数据仓库的概念(事实，维度，数据模型，星型模式等)。
•有项目经理经验优先考虑

Summary
• As a Senior business analyst, the candidate will be led by project manager to fulfill the business analysis and project coordination tasks assigned.
• Engage the stakeholders to understand client’s business requirements & technology strategy

• Provide recommendations on KPI design, story-telling, report layout design on industry best practices and a high level assessment of the existing BI tool (like PowerBI, Qliksense etc)

• Be responsible for agile project management, requirement management ,changes ,confirmation and requirement schedule control. Participate in the analysis, positioning and handling of problems in the project to drive the effective implementation of requirements

• Manage / support the client’s projects following client’s project delivery process.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 5+ business analysis hands-on experiences on BI project in pharmaceutical industry of Party B.

• Proficient in requirement management, including requirement communication and analysis, change request management and signoff during project delivery cycle

• Proficient in KPI design, story-telling, report layout design on industry best practices and a high level assessment of the existing BI tool (like PowerBI, Qliksense etc)

• Experience on testing and acceptance before going online. Provide test case, user manual and training.

• test case and data lineage for SIT and UAT.

• Capability on the structured requirement document.

• Familiar with at least one BI tool (eg, powerBI, qlikview, qliksense, tableau)

• Familiar with SQL language, excel.

• BI development experience is good

• Understand data warehousing concepts (fact, dimension, data model, star schema etc.).

• PM experience is a big plus
