工作内容
岗位职责：
1. 负责企业数字化工具产品的需求调研和竞品分析，洞察市场机会，输出产品规划方案；
2. 负责产品功能设计、流程梳理和优化迭代，输出产品原型、PRD等相关资料；
3. 组织协同内外部相关团队和资源，推动产品的落地实现；
4. 负责产品的价值评估和商业化方案设计，协助制定产品的市场推广策略和运营方案。

理想的求职者
1. 拥有8年及以上ToB产品经验，有复杂软件系统、平台型系统的需求分析和系统设计经验，中后台系统产品经验的优先；
2. 有清晰的产品工作方法论，有扎实的业务建模、需求分析、系统设计技能，能熟练使用AXURE原型设计等工具，持续高效输出产品PRD设计；注重产品设计规范，PRD文档专业、清晰、完整；
3. 有产品迭代管理经验，对迭代开发流程、角色分工以及协作有清晰理解和经验，能作为产品角色与UI、研发、测试有序协作；
4. 具备一定的技术理解力，掌握所在领域的产品技术原理，也能够主动、快速学习掌握新的业务领域；
5. 逻辑清晰，对数字敏感，善于运用数据分析，推动产品迭代优化；
6. 抗压、责任心和沟通协调能力强，能有效协同各方，高效推动事情的发展。
