Description
As the legal head, you will lead a lean team and be responsible for:
Providing legal advice and support for all aspects of online and offline sales operations, including contract negotiations, risk assessments, and dispute resolution;
Advising on legal considerations for online and off line business, including but not limited to lease negotiations, zoning regulations, and permits;
Developing and implement policies and procedures to ensure company compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;

Profile
LLB or LLM degree from a reputable law school with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to handle complex legal issues with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Familiarity with retail operations and e-commerce is mandatory.
