Description
The Senior Analyst will assist with the preparation of internal financial reports, monthly financial analysis materials, quarterly rolling forecast, and annual budgeting, and provide ad-hoc analysis for the organisation.

Profile
Minimum bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
10 years progressive experience in MNCs in business finance, FP&A with significant exposure to financial operations and controllership responsibilities (solid accounting knowledge, at least 5+ years full P&L analysis experience of CNY 1billion+ business).
Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, with experience in managing month-end close processes and ensuring compliance.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning, demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis, Big4 & FMCG working experience preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast elvoving environment and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
High sense of responsibility, high standard of working quality & accuracy, spirit to discover insights behind data, strong self-motivation, capability of working under pressure, team player
