FUNCTION:This position is responsible for working closely with marketing and sales team by using medical knowledge and clinical support.
BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
This position is responsible to develop business with medical/scientific knowledge, research studies, clinical education, and writes scientific/medical content for medical education programs. Provide the support to marketing and sales team from viewpoint of clinical medicine.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:
Provide support and Liaisons with clinical study projects
Conduct clinical educations to internal associates and external customers on related therapeutic areas, writes scientific/medical content for medical education programs
To establish local Key Experts network for the purpose of seeking their medical / scientific advice
Working closely with the Marketing Team and provide scientific/medical support as needed. Participate the planning of local medical professional market event and activities. Supervises the assimilation of a massive continually emerging body of medical/scientific information about disease states and therapeutic treatments related to companies’ products, and deliver the message to customer.
Address scientific/Clinical questions/issues
Act as primary liaison between internal and external groups regarding product safety surveillance and coordinate national safety surveillance activities

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:
External contacts for this position include hospital, laboratory, university, dealers.
Internal contacts include all marketing department staff members as well as other pre-sale and post-sale department staff in other offices of the company to gain information or to resolve problems.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work.Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor.Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
·Master or Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from medical school, or PhD of related science.
SKILLS:
·Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
·Good presentation skill and communication skill
·Familiar with statistic software.
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
·5 years working experience

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position may require business traveling in a frequently situation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position functions in a general office environment.
