项目管理师
工作职责
1.产能规划及资源协调能力
a.组织量产项目产销协调会，审核达成目标的关键任务合理性。
b.能够从成本和风险的角度指导关键DRI完成产能表制作并可以独立完成产能表审核；
c.负责量产产能控制及资源协调，确保合理排配生产交付，以达成交付效果
2.运营数据分析监控能力:
a.运营数据分析及风险监控: 能够根据数据逻辑识别交付风险及人力满足风险，并及时预警；
b.风险预警对策实施: 能够根据风险因素制定相应对策并拉通内部完成风险事项关闭；
3.客户对接能力:
a.客户需求管理：能够识别客户需求风险及制定有效对策；超预期满足客户需求；
b.客户会议管理：能够主导大型客户会议，并管控会议节奏，确保会议结果达成预期；
c.客户关系维护：负责客户的维护工作，及时响应客户的应答及诉求，建立优质的公司对外服务形象;
4.团队建设及管理能力:
a. 能够根据项目要求识别关键岗位,组建团队,组织项目kickoff
b.实施人员培训: 能够完成专业培训资料及流程资料的制作及培训
5.负责建部门管理体系及规章制度
a.绩效目标设定
b.年度预算/成本控制
c.管理流程的制定,完善及持续优化
工作要求
1、全日制本科以上学历，机电、机械、电子相关专业背景，理工科类相关专业毕业，CET-6，英文听说读写良好；
2、消费类电子行业10年以上PM经验或量产运营项目经验,有一定的技术工程管理工作经验更佳
3、有较强的文件撰写能力及风险预判能力，沟通协调能力，能承受较高的工作压力；
4、有一定产品研发/系统组织厂的制造运营经验，熟悉产品研发及制造业务流程；
5、较强的的项目管理思维、丰富的结构逻辑思维经验，强大的领导系统力、时间管理意识，项目流程以及风险评估能力
