Job responsibilities:

1. According to the company's development strategy and business objectives, establish and improve the procurement management system and organize the implementation and supervision.
2. Responsible for sourcing and purchasing large-scale production equipment, lean equipment and information equipment in the production workshop, and continuously optimize equipment procurement costs.
3. Make the purchase plan of the group's standing raw and auxiliary materials, apply for purchase according to the predicted demand of orders and actual inventory, and ensure timely supply.
4. Responsible for the development and management of suppliers, establish an efficient supplier management system, conduct regular monthly assessment and annual evaluation of suppliers, and develop competitive suppliers.
5. Responsible for the price negotiation, signing, tracking and maintenance of the purchase contract, and regularly summarizing the purchase price change information.
6. Responsible for inventory management, controlling reasonable inventory level, constantly optimizing stock plan, avoiding material stagnation, conducting targeted analysis on key customers, key categories or brands, and providing suggestions and programs for optimizing inventory structure.
7. Make effective use of various resources, timely grasp market information, regularly analyze market trends, characteristics and development trends, and timely adjust procurement strategies.
8. Strengthen the construction of procurement team and improve the business ability of procurement personnel.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery and manufacturing, mechatronic integration, electrical automation, etc.
2. More than 10 years purchasing management experience in large manufacturing enterprises is preferred.
3. Experience in procurement management of large metal manufacturing enterprises, familiar with procurement management, operation procedures and risk control of manufacturing enterprises, with strong business development and pressure resistance ability.
4. Familiar with contract regulations and business negotiations, good market cognition ability and procurement system planning and implementation ability.
5. Familiar with supplier development and management, independently supplier qualification, capability assessment and risk identification.
6. Strong cost awareness, data analysis ability and supplier resource integration ability.
7. Have a keen insight into market conditions and judgment and decision-making ability, good at cross-department communication.
8. Have good professional ethics and rigorous working habits.
9. Fluent in English.
10. Proficient in office software, SAP experience.
