How You’ll Make an Impact

• Responsible for E2E (End-to-End) process analysis and improvement

• Responsible for the digitalization of E2E process in SAP S/4 HANA,  in MES and also in  eco-systems  (in addition to SAP and MES, other Management • Applications, e.g. Logistic Management, Equipment Management…)

• This role will be responsible for all stages of SAP S/4 HANA rollout project, MES rollout project and other eco-system projects.

-Analyzing and improving E2E business processes of the Factory

-Collaborating with various departments to optimize business processes

-Derive necessary process changes

-Project rollout for SAP S/4 HANA, MES and Eco-systems;

-Conducting training and workshops on the use of SAP S/4 HANA, MES and Eco-systems

-As Factory coordinator responsible for processes and digital collaboration within Cluster factories

-Support SAP S/4 HANA and MES project implementation in other Cluster factories

• The opportunity to be dispatched to the headquarter for several months training

What You Bring

• Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus, a degree with a focus on process analysis and improvement

• Work experience on E2E business process analysis and improvement

• Work experience on Implementation of digital system/application (e.g. SAP/MES…) projects

• Experience working with SAP and MES

• Fluent English
