The Sr. Business Development Manager, will play a key role within the Communication Segment China sales team, reporting to Vice President of Communication Sales in N&SEA, with a dotted line reporting into Global Vice President Strategy & Business Development Data Center. The role is customer-facing and will focus on the growing data center market incl. AI. This individual will be responsible for promoting the whole HUBER+SUHNER data center product line such as Polatis OCS and fiber optic connectivity solutions and winning data center network designs and ensuring successful revenue capture.

Main Tasks:
- Rapidly develop the all-optical network connectivity business leveraging existing data center project experience and network of contacts.
- Establish the market position of HUBER+SUHNER Polatis OCS and fiber optic Connectivity Solutions through Key national data center projects.
- Coordinate go-to-market strategy through direct and/or local partners
- Cultivate high-end brand of HUBER+SUHNER for all-optical connectivity network solutions in China data center industry.
- Concentrate on transformation bets that contribute to substantial revenue growth for HUBER+SUHNER.
- Guide key account executives to understand and solve customer business problems using HUBER+SUHNER based solutions and services.
- Demonstrate the value of new technologies of HUBER+SUHNER to solve customer problems by interacting with technical decision makers, industry influencers, policy makers, and social platforms such as conferences and presentations.
- Facilitate financial analyzes, long range forecasting, and analysis studies associated with potential opportunities.
- Develop financial and business models, goals, pricing, promotion, placement and positioning, to make desired financial commitments.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electric / Electronic engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Data center, high performance computing, smart computing.
- Data center design and architecture, incl. GPU fabric and fiber management solutions.
- Strong marketing and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of China’s data center business.
- Experiences working in cloud supplier or operator cloud network team or data center network solution suppliers.
- Be self-driven, capable of performing proactively and diligently, and constantly striving for excellence.
- Fluent in English / Chinese in spoken, written and reading.
- Familiar with MS office 365, Copilot, ChatGPT and other software which support daily working.
