一、岗位概述
内审内控总监负责全面管理和优化集团的内审内控体系，包括搭建、完善流程、执行风险把控策略等，确保集团在国内和海外各工厂、分子公司的经营活动符合法律法规、公司政策及实践。通过有效的内部控制和风险管理，支持集团的稳健发展和国际化布局。
二、主要职责
负责集团内审内控体系的搭建与完善，确保体系符合国内外法律法规和行业标准；
制定并执行集团内部控制政策和流程，监督各部门、工厂、分子公司内控执行情况；
定期组织内部审计和风险评估，识别潜在风险并提出改进建议；
监控集团内部控制环境，确保内部控制活动的有效性和合规性；
评估并管理集团面临的各类风险，包括财务风险、运营风险、合规风险等；
与外部审计机构、监管机构等保持良好沟通，确保集团符合外部监管要求；
指导下属团队开展内控工作，提升团队的专业能力和协作水平；
参与集团重大决策，提供内控和风险方面的专业意见；
持续优化内控流程和工具，提高内控工作效率和质量。
三、任职要求
财务管理、审计、法律等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备注册会计师、注册内部审计师等相关资格；
8年以上内控或审计领域的工作经验，其中至少3年以上在大型集团公司或跨国企业担任内控高层职位；
熟悉国内外内控和审计法规、行业标准和实践；
具备较强的风险识别、评估和控制能力，能够独立处理复杂内控问题；
具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够与内外部各方有效沟通和协作；
具备较强的逻辑思维能力和分析能力，能够独立完成内控审计和风险评估工作；
熟悉国内外企业内控实践，有海外工作或学习经历者优先考虑；
具备较强的抗压能力，能够适应高强度和快节奏的工作环境。
