工作职责：
1. 参与4G/5G无线基站管理平台（M-Plane）的开发和维护；
2. 参与产品需求的讨论、分析、和研究；
3. 根据开发进度和任务分配，完成系统架构设计以及相关模块的设计、编码工作；
4. 参与软件开发技术规范及标准流程的改进；
5. 作为团对成员之一，积极配合各部门同事以及相关海外工作点的同事完成工作；
技能要求：
1. 主修计算机、通信类专业，3年以上工作经验；
2. 必须有深厚的Golang开发经验；
3. 熟悉微服务架构设计原则和实践经验；
4. 能从经厉中显现出分析和解决复杂的技术问题的能力；
5. 强烈的团队合作精神，积极主动，强烈的责任心；
6. 良好的口头和书面沟通能力；
7. 良好的英语能力，能够与国外团队沟通合作。

Mavenir Beijing branch, belongs to Business Unit Radio, born April 2019, and working as a startup. We work along with global sites of Mavenir and partners to deliver 5G Open RAN products. In Beijing, we will focus on L1/baseband on DU side and Sub-6GHz Radio.
