We are looking for Supply Planning Analyst – Co Packing, report to Supply Planning Manager, to achieve company OKR of both minimum out of stock opportunity cost percentage and maximum inventory turns
Job Description / 职位描述

• Receive the Sales Forecast of Finished Goods from CN Demand Planning team/ 接收来自中国需求规划团队的成品销售预测

• Review what additional FG's are needed / 审查需要的额外成品

• Translate the FG demand down to the component level / 将成品需求转化为零部件级别

• Determine what new component PO's are needed, and submit the purchase request to US/CN Procurement team, in monthly / biweekly basis along with S&OP / 确定需要新的零部件采购订单，并与S&OP一起每月/每两周向美国/中国采购团队提交采购请求

• Work closely with US / CN Procurement team to monitor the open PO's and component shipments; reprioritize and expedite PO's as needed to ensure we are able to produce the FG items / QTYs to cover the demand plan /与美国/中国采购团队密切合作，监控未完成的采购订单和零部件的运输；根据需要重新排列优先级并加快采购订单，以确保我们能够生产成品项目/数量以满足需求计划

• To keep optimizing our workflow, as well as IT tool, so to improve the team efficiency and work quality / 不断优化工作流程和IT工具，以提高团队的效率和工作质量

Qualifications / 资格:

• 3Y+ experience in supply chain planning, project management, and data analysis / 3年以上供应链规划、项目管理和数据分析经验

• E-commerce, retail background is a plus / 电子商务、零售背景者优先考虑

• Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain, engineering, mathematics, finance or economics related / 本科及以上学历，主修供应链、工程、数学、金融或经济相关专业

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL is plus / 精通微软Excel，懂SQL者优先考虑

• Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills with big data sets and detail oriented / 以数据驱动思维，具有处理大数据集的强大分析能力和注重细节

• Critical thinking and problem solving, self-motivation and “can-do” attitude / 批判性思维和问题解决能力，自我激励和“可以做”的态度
