OPPORTUNITY

The Sales Support Analyst resource would be responsible for the preparing proposals specification, arranging the technical datasheets, data collection, analysis, and reporting of global project sales and pipeline data for Kohler Africa market.
This would involve developing or maintaining information and data necessary to communicate sales performance, developing forecasts, making recommendations on customer and project targeting, strategic planning, and assisting with other analysis that supports the global projects sales and marketing channels.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling Business proposals and specification for key strategic clients upon commercial approval for developers, contractors, consultants and designers and meeting customer needs.

• Liaising with customers and arranging technical datasheets for projects and proposals.

• Responsible for quotation preparations for all the Mega projects
.• Handling Customer queries and complaints through calls, emails and meetings.

• Analyze global project sales and pipeline data to share results and provide actional recommendations to Sales & Marketing teams.

• Supporting Sales team by visiting client site and addressing the client queries.

• Coordination and verification of sales performance metrics.

• Collaborate with IT / Sales / Marketing for opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

• Provide ongoing support for our global project sales associates with project tracking and ad hoc analytical requests.


SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

• 2-3 Years Marketing, Sales Operations, or related field experience

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with Business Intelligence tools.

• Must be analytical, detail oriented, a good communicator, high level of organization and a team player.

• Have a global mindset and able to accommodate global support.

• Fluent in English language

• Experience in the Africa market would be an advantage.
