You are ready to:
1. Establish and oversee the comprehensive scope, timeline and resources plans for Caper’s portfolio of hardware product projects.
2. Lead planning, execution and communication among Caper’s cross-functional and cross-regional teams (China & U.S.) throughout the entire product development life cycle, encompassing Concept, EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production (MP) stages.
3. Drive real-time problem-solving and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies. Navigate through fast-paced dynamics and ambiguity with a critical thinking approach, showcasing adept problem solving skills. 
4. Take initiative as a self-starter and provide impactful leadership across all stages of the product development life cycle. 
5. Take ownership of ensuring timely validation and production of Caper’s hardware products, emphasizing commitments to delivering high-quality products within established timelines.

you MUST have:
1. At least 5 years of product development-focused project/program management experience in the consumer electronic industry.
2. Familiar with the entire hardware product development life cycle covering concept, EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP stages. 
3. Outstanding English Skills in reading, writing, and speaking. 
4. Stamina, insight and leadership skills to lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams throughout the company on product development and production activities.
5. Curiosity. Being inquisitive in pursuit of excellence and continually asking why and why not. 
6. Clear thinking. Able to distill big decisions down to their determinative factors and drive what matters.
7. Passionate in new technologies, self motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
8. Remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainties. Be able to work under pressure and own project commitments.
9. Knowledge on hardware engineering and manufacturing process such as tooling, molding, CNC, stamping, IQC, SMT, FATP, etc is a plus

薪资说明
在Caper，薪酬基本分为现金与股票两个部分，岗位中仅呈现基本现金部分，我们还会额外股票奖励（欢迎了解）。
Offer的最终数值将会与候选人的经验、技能有直接关系。Caper拥有自己的薪酬体系，我们会根据候选人的经验，以及面试中所呈现出的技能水平，决定最终的Offer数值。
