Job Responsibility

1. 项目管理 Program Management
1) 与项目财务控制协调，建立最初的商业计划，定义项目投资时间表，并且按照时间表管理投资进程，确保所有投资均复合最初的需求。Liaise with the Program Controller, build the initial Business Plan, define the Program investment scheme, and release investments in compliance with controlling procedures; Take economical responsibility for all deviations from initial requirements.
2) 启动并管理项目：追踪商业计划，项目管理看板和预算报告，组织项目步骤及结果回顾。Launch and monitor the Program : track progress by updating Business Plan, Program Dashboard and Budget Reports, and by reviewing of program steps and results.
3) 融合项目组所有成员，管理流程，定义每位成员的目标及任务。Staff, manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product & Process engineering), and define team members' objectives and assignments.
4) 建立项目管理流程，在项目组所有成员的参与下，确保项目管理中的各节点顺利通过。Create "Program Management culture" by ensuring processes defined in the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS) are applied at all steps, and by developing synergies between all actors involved in the program.
5) 确保项目由项目组平稳转移至工厂。Ensure smooth program transfer from Development Centre to Production Plant

2. 信息收集与分析 Information Collection& Analysis
1) 风险管理及机遇分析，制定行动计划。Conduct Risk/Opportunity analyses and develop and implement appropriate action plans.
2) 当财务与计划方面与客户有冲突时，起决策作用。Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer on financial and/or technical issues.
3) 收集项目的核心信息，确保项目的连续性。Organise key program information to ensure Program continuity and to contribute to knowledge management.
4) 根据集团及区域政策，签署人员任命书。Based on group and regional policies, define and sign the Offer for the candidate.

3. 沟通 Communication
1) 管理客户沟通，并且与客户建立较强的客户关系。Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official Faurecia representative.
2) 项目阶段的组织及沟通工作。Organize communications throughout the program lifecycle.
3) 根据公司的管理规范，在被授权的范围内，管理公司的资源和财务。Manage financeresource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard.

4. 确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等。Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management Rules and Regulations Values Employee handbook of the company.

Candidate Qualification
1. 汽车机电类零部件开发经验。Experience in developing automotive electromechanical components.
2. 汽车行业项目管理经验。Program Management experience in Auto.
3. 良好的英语沟通能力。Fluent English skills.
4. 较强的解决问题的能力。Strong solving problem skills
5. 较强的财务知识。Strong financial knowledge (incl. building and following a Business Plan).
6. 计划及组织能力Planning and organizing abilities.
